My wife Dorreen and I would
like to welcome you to The Adirondack Buffalo Company. Our 100+
acre farm, located in the heart of The Adirondack Mountains, is home to
a herd of about 50 North American Plains Bison, commonly known as "American
Buffalo" |

Our bison live in the great outdoors
and are free to form a natural herd grazing throughout our farm. They
receive a minimal amount of handling, mainly feeding and providing them
water. They are raised hormone and antibiotic free. Each year
our herd produces 10 or more calves. Generally the calves are born
during May through June, although late summer / fall calves are not uncommon. |

Although the wild, unpredictable nature of our bison do not permit getting
close to them, you are welcome to view them from our spacious deck and
gift shop. |
